2nd Indomitus box worth it for UM?

I have been eyeing a 2nd Indomitus box even though they are $250-260, which is over $100 more than I paid for my first one.

 

I mainly want the Blade Guard Veterans and the Eradicators, which are some of the best SM units in general.  I would also like to get 3 more outrider bikes even though they don't seem that great especially for UM.

 

Those 3 kits alone are $160 so even at the marked up price Indomitus seems like a good deal. I should be able to recover $100+ selling the necrons and the rule book, plus I might sell the SM characters or just keep them for conversions.

 

Probably will not use the Assault Intercessors, I don't think they are a good troop choice for UM.

 

What do you guys think about this and how the box fits in a UM army?
