I really don't like building the new kits. The old Space Marine kits you could blitz out without thinking too much, but the trade off for good looking minis has become more fiddly kits - I found the new sisters such a nightmare to build that I'm going to ebay them, and the new CSM kit doesn't seem to have any sort of pattern to how the bits are numbered that I spent a good deal of time trying to find the right bit in the first place.

I have maybe three hours a week to hobby up and I don't want to spend it doing something that irks.

For this service I'd recommend asking around at your local store or club, there's bound to be someone who's time rich and money poor with decent hobby skills who'd be happy to help you out in exchange for helping to subsidise their hobby.

I'm sure there are "commercial" services for this but once someone is doing it for a job they're going to be charging you a sensible wage for the work which may soon get prohibitive.

I do miniature building commissions :tu:

I am, however, located in a big island in the middle of nowhere (Oz) and postage, both time and expense is a bit prohibitive if you're not this side of the globe.

Hit me up if you're interested, but check out Fiverr.com, it's a website where people with skills can be found, and there's a verifiable butt-ton of miniature builders and painters on there, just be sure to sort by country :tu:

Assembly is one of my favorite things to do.  Drop me an IM if you can't find anyone local to you (I'm in WV, US), since I'm sure postage and packaging materials would increase the cost a bit.  Maybe we can work something out.

Assembly is my favorite part of the hobby! I have no idea how to properly monetize my abilities and the logistics of getting boxes and shipping them back and juggling all that makes my head hurt.

In short, I’m sure there are people out there who would put models together as a commission.

Assembly, in and of itself I don’t mind, but kitbashing, which does involve assembly is my favourite part of the hobby. Mould line removal on the other hand I hate with a passion.
