Medjugorje Posted May 21, 2021 Share Posted May 21, 2021 the relic chapter banner which is no relic allows one unit to hit on 2+ (better said they get +1 to hit --> that makes in most circumstances a 2+). Its a better ancient like the chapter master upgrade.
