tangoalphatwo
I have a question, if the mods think it’s inappropriate, I get it, they can take it down. But my question is there anyone on here that does 3D modeling? I know I can go on Reddit, but I’m specifically looking for someone that is familiar with Warhammer. If anyone is, and the mods are ok with me asking, shoot me a DM. Cheers, TangoAlpha Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/370485-ok-to-ask/ Share on other sites
Brother Tyler
It's okay to ask. And to answer. tangoalphatwo and battle captain corpus 2 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/370485-ok-to-ask/#findComment-5705599 Share on other sites
tangoalphatwo
Also, to note, I’m extremely proficient in solidworks. I did design for a number of years. I’m more so looking for animation models. But I’m interested to discuss with anyone that has any experience Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/370485-ok-to-ask/#findComment-5705618 Share on other sites
Xenith
It's ok to talk about it. B&C's rules regarding 3D printing are here, giving them a quick read should reassure you of what you can and can't do on the site. Lord Raven 19
The main reason that the rules exist is copyright, as long as you stay on the legal side of that, (I can't speak for the mods, but) I think you'd be fine. jaxom
I used to do a bunch in 3dfx and Blender, but I haven't since 2014. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/370485-ok-to-ask/#findComment-5705900 Share on other sites

Funny enough, one of my in-laws is an IP attorney. That was my first call. Captain Idaho
It's ok to talk about it. B&C's rules regarding 3D printing are here, giving them a quick read should reassure you of what you can and can't do on the site. It’s not 3D printing. More 3D rendering for animation and more It's much the same principle in place - it is allowed to discuss the subject but we cannot cross the lines here on dissemination of files or copyright infringement as showed in the link. That doesn't mean you can't show off you completed projects etc. :) Xenith and battle captain corpus 2 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/370485-ok-to-ask/#findComment-5706054 Share on other sites
