Dark Angel Assault Intercessors?

I'm curious how many of you regularly use assault intercessors as a troop choice in your lists?

 

I'm re-building my Dark Angels army and I'm leaning towards combat squads of intercessors and five man tactical squads with a combi-weapon on the sergeant and then the heavy version of that weapon also in the squad.

 

Lately I've only been playing my Blood Angels in 9th edition fyi.

And on that same note, has anyone used heavy intercessors yet? or plan on it for a troop choice?

Well, I use 3x5 assault intercessors as midfield skirmishers (supported by Ezekiel), and they don't at all feel like a "troops tax."  You just have to be mindful of what they can and can't accomplish and not ask the impossible of them.
