Well my only experience of Volkite so far is facing a Leviathan with the upgrade from Heavy Flamers, my opponent got very lucky and rolled 3 6's killing a Terminator.  On a Contemptor it depends on what role you want it to fill? Anti MEQ and Infantry, yes Volkite.

Contemptor fill a duel roll if you go cyclone missile launcher I guess the main question is a pair of them worth 10 terminators as they cost a little less than a max terminator squad

I've heard that Volkite Contemptor's is one of the best point efficient units we can get. 

Particularly good at taking down Raiders.

Lots of shots
