Planning on kit-bashing an Interrogator-Chaplain in TDA, have all the bits except for the back. Seeing how eBay is fresh out of the DA backs and I don't want to pay 80AUD for another fresh box, below my options.

I ask whether I can use backs from other non DA kits and whether they will work on this DA robe? Can't use greenstuff (as I'm fresh out), so I'm aiming for a seamless fit from the start.

Chaos one: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/393025584726 (If all goes well, this is the ideal candidate) because of the trim.

Generic one: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/284293494063

What about chaos ones? That trim would look gorgeous if it worked.

I'm afraid I've only tested DA/generic interoperability. I've also successfully mated generic fronts onto GK backs by cutting down the arch over the top of the head - https://www.instagram.com/p/CO3EWuHHHeF/
