I would say bring D2+ weapons and you will do just fine.

Not even that, really. Rubrics still only have 1W each so D1 is ok, the rubrics are just doubly resilient against it, however they'll still go down. AP-1 D1 is good, power swords will still cut through them.

TS are one of the weaker codexes right now (and generally have been, aside from a couple of months at the end of 7th when Magnus was released and could take biomancy). I wouldnt tailor against them, build a general TAC army and see how you do.

On that, list looks varied and fine. The DC with Forlorn will cause problems. Cult of Duplicity lets any unit teleport around, and resolves the issues TS have with mobility.

Sons like their witchery right? So if it were you, would you swap the impulsor for a Libby to try to deny some psychic powers?

Probably not. The TS will have maybe 10 - 12 casts, so you'll maybe stop 1 of them (~10%) if you're lucky. Similarly, the TS will have a bunch of ability to deny all your powers, so all the libby brings is the force sword.

The list seems fair as it is.

Maybe the WLT that gives a 5+++ against mortals could be handy? I don't know, but as others have said 1k sons aren't in a good spot right now. If you want to grant your opponent some fun you shouldn't set up a min maxed cutthroat list :)

min-max wasn't my goal.

Decided I'm going to focus on gravis units until we get non-gravis jump units, and just wanted to use my old school venerable dread, and my Stormraven lol.

I know the SR isn't meta lol.
