500 points of sisters

Hi guys.

 

Getting back into the stupidly expensive hobby after 5 years or something out!

 

My FLGS mainly run 500pt games as they don't have a whole lot of space.

 

Have got myself some Custodes starting to be built up but was trying to think of some other armies I could maybe do and thought I'd try and write a sisters list.

 

500pts doesn't seem to get you much!

This is what I've come up with.

Kinda like the idea of the 2 FA choices, just wish you could give a cannoness a jump pack!

 

 

Any thoughts/what would you take at 500pts?

How attached are you to that Rhino? Especially if it’s a small board, I think 80 points of upgrade would serve better.

I'd drop the Sisters squad down to 5 so you could fit them and the Sacresants into a Rhino if you wanted to. I'd use the saved points to give your Cannoness some better gear. At the minimum give her a blessed blade. As a BR character she can really chop stuff up but she will bounce off of most things with just a bolt pistol and power sword. Also give her a relic (some of the armors are really fantastic at boosting survivability, especially in small games).

 

I would also agree that a rhino isn't super great at 500pts where the board is small and a second unit is battle sisters would get you a second obsec unit.
