1000 Deathwing Against Necrons

Hey guys, I want to throw together a list of 1k for against a friends Necrons and anothers Orks  with no idea what they'll be using. I'm unsure on the configure of the squads so wanted to seek input.

 

Here's my list idea for a Deathwing Vanguard:

 

HQ: 235 pts

 

TDA Librarian - Warlord: Psychic Mastery, Inexorable (Paragon of the Chapter (-1CP)), Powers: Mind Worm, Righteous Repugnance, Engulfing Fear.  Chapter Command: Chief Librarian. Force Stave and Storm bolter. (135 pts)

 

TDA Interrogator Chaplain - Exhortation of Rage, Benediction of Fury, Storm bolter (100 pts)

 

Elites: 765 pts

 

Deathwing Command Squad: Sergeant with TH/SS, 2 Terminators with TH/SS (135 pts)

 

Deathwing Terminator Squad: Sergeant with Claws, 4 Terminators with Claws, 3 Terminators with SB/PF, 2 Terminators with Cyclone Missle/SB/PF (plan to combat squad), Watcher in the Dark (410 points)

 

Terminator Squad: Sergeant with SB/PS, 3 Terminators with SB/PF, 1 Terminator with Cyclone/SB/PF, Teleport Homer (220 pts)

 

How are the HQ set ups?  What would you change?  I can easily include a couple chainfists too to be more rounded.

 

Any ideas/input is nice.  I did however want to skip the Apothecary at this point for more bodies.

I have to admit I have found Apothecaries to be at their most valuable healing/resurrecting high value bodies in small games.
