Vulshra
In my RW list I'm running a master on a bike work both the Heavenfall Blade and a lighting claw, but I'm wondering how to go about modeling both weapons in a cool way on a mounted model without looking rediculous while still being wysiwyg. Any advice? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/371364-seeking-modeling-advice/ Share on other sites
WrathOfTheLion
Maybe place a lightning claw on one arm, then a sheathed sword, such as found on the Bladeguard Veterans on the model. dice4thedicegod
Hmmm, I haven’t tried putting the heavenfall blade on a bike master but I tried making a subtle addition to a talon master to indicate that he had the blade: Interrogator Stobz, phandaal and Berzul 3 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/371364-seeking-modeling-advice/#findComment-5732811 Share on other sites
Vulshra
Very subtle, nice touch, very dark angels. dice4thedicegod 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/371364-seeking-modeling-advice/#findComment-5732813 Share on other sites
Cpt. Bannockburn
Let a watcher carry his sword. The little guys can run fast, if necessary! Vulshra
Let a watcher carry his sword. The little guys can run fast, if necessary! Good idea. Maybe mounting the watcher on the back of the bike? Chaplain Lucifer
Claw on hand, sword strapped to the bike I would say. Gederas
Could do something like what Nemac did for his Chaos Lord on bike, in that the Lightning Claw is a "Predator Blade" (or Konrad Cruze if you will) style one? bigtrouble
How about making the claw part of the bike, like some blades coming off the wheels? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/371364-seeking-modeling-advice/#findComment-5733653 Share on other sites
ValourousHeart
I built one of my Bike sergeants with a power fist and plasma pistol. The arm with the power fist is holding the handlebar. You should be able to do something similar with the lightning claw. Metzombie
You could try giving him a lightning claw similar to the one the new Shrike model has. https://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Raven-Guard-Kayvaan-Shrike-2020 Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/371364-seeking-modeling-advice/#findComment-5734156 Share on other sites
