There are some points spare for a few extra upgrades such as Chief Librarian perhaps. I would also spend a few CPs on some extra WLTs and Relics, probably something like Armour Indomitus for the Librarian.

 

The key to this list is leveraging the Lord of Deceit WLT and Forlorn Fury on the Death Company. During Deployment, the Phobos units are deployed aggressively, particular the Incursors. The aim is to force the enemy to react to a threat on their doorstep. If I get First Turn, I will use Forlorn Fury to move the Death Company up 12" into the midfield. That means I can potentially pull a T1 charge with over 600 points worth of Marines. The Chaplain can Turbo-boost 20" and still chant Litany of Hate to give the DC full rerolls.

 

If the enemy gets T1, I use Lord of Deceit to pull back the Phobos units out of danger and put them to more strategic uses while leaving the enemy potentially out of position and whistling down the wind.

 

The Captain leads the Fast Attack units for fire support. I can see Rites of War working well on him to make up for being a bit light on ObjSec.

 

Basically this list is designed to hit hard while wrong-footing the enemy. Thoughts comments and suggestions welcome.
