If a unit casts 'xx' psychic power on a enemy unit and it is denied can another unit cast the same power on the same enemy unit?

For Santic powers I believe the answer is YES based on 'Psychic Confluence' rule.

For Brotherhood power if your in Tide of Escalation I believe the answer is YES also.

Thanks

The answer is yes, a deny only denies the power you are casting, with that unit.

So you cast smite with unit 1 and it is denied, unit 2 can attempt to cast smite again.

Out of curiousity, are GK immune to this rule:

MANIFESTING PSYCHIC POWERS

The same PSYKER unit cannot attempt to manifest Smite more than once during the same battle round. When you select a PSYKER unit to manifest psychic powers, you select one psychic power that unit knows and attempt to manifest it. With the exception of Smite, you cannot attempt to manifest the same psychic power more than once in the same battle round, even with different PSYKER units.

No, that limit still applies to Dominus powers, with perhaps the exception being the tide of convergence.
