The Neverborn
I'm not keen on buying a boxset with 12 models, a bunch of cards then immediately degrading over half to contents of the box. I've found these. They're 28mm I believe, the furies in the warcry set are on 32mm bases. Was thinking of just getting these and changing the bases. Anyone have an idea how big these in 40k standards? https://www.manticgames.com/games/kings-of-war/abyssal-dwarf/abyssal-dwarf-gargoyles-troop/ Or perhaps know of other alternatives? Hannibal
the Bases are 20 mm square, so they should be suitable. Holier Than Thou
I use them for my Furies. They’re absolutely fine. Closet Skeleton
The warcry furies are small bodied so there shouldn't be any scale issues with pretty much any generic flying demon that fits on a small round base. Its only because of that one croaching pose that they're on 32mm, they're smaller than regular human figures. Tallarn Commander
I've added a couple of Furies to my Fury Squad using Reaper Miniatures' Gargoyles. They cost about $10 each, so while a squad might be a wee too expensive, adding 2 or 3 to an existing Fury force might be reasonable. Here are some photos: Jago the Fury Volis the Fury The one at the top and the one on the middle level are the Reaper Furies (elsewhere in the photo you can see metal GW Furies and CSM Raptors) All the Furies together Here's the link to one of them on the Reaper website, just do a search for "Gargoyles" on the site to find more: https://www.reapermini.com/miniatures/gargoyle/oldest/03223 I hope this helps!
