funny to see that kind of thread in the other direction. This is a thing we will always share^^

It'll go back the other way again in two or three years time when they get back to us, probably after they do BA :)

As for the topic, not too certain with what I've seen thus far. I think Grimaldus might be the one to look at, he might make a quite cool Interrogator-Chaplain.

I was wondering if there would be anything new for the Dark Angels’ line or new stuff that is from the Black Templars that would coax me back to doing more Unforgiven as Primaris (since the story there doesn’t fit with my Stoneburners) - unfortunately GW didn’t provide much that gives that knightly vibe that I would have been looking for with those models.  Only the Marshal actually has a knightly surcoat that would provide anything knightly to the Dark Angels, everyone else is wearing aprons like the Bladeguard models do - nothing knightly about looking like a Starbucks employee or country farrier.

The DA Lieutenant is exactly how I’d want the knightly aesthetic to be communicated via models - but with a helm, instead of the bare head with hood.

I can see a real use of the heads with bowl cuts, fitting with the DA's knightley theme. And I would say most of the bodies can be used without much modifications, beside changing shoulder pads.

So, fitting with the DA's secret society theme then, after all many RL secret societies have apprones as a part of their order clothing.

That’s cool if that’s the theme you want to emphasize - go for it!

Not the theme I was commenting on at all.

Never really saw Dark Angels as bowl cut guys. In their OG art they had glorious golden Duke Nukem buzz cuts, and in modern art they're either bald or they have a high-and-tight.
