Hi all, a review thread for 'A Question of Faith' in the Hammer & Bolter series. Screenwriter to be determined, animated by Farside Features (a sister company to Sun and Moon Studios), a company co-directed by Louis Jones and Dylan Shipley.

WHC having some fun on the question of are you a saint?

At this rate, Ibram Gaunt (Slaydo and Macaroth all) must be a saint by the end of the 41st millennium!

It was predictable, but the pieces worked well. It didn't quite question the faith of either group, but i do feel the library thread needed something more, but I did love it. I'll definitely rewatch it :)

This was my least favourite of the H&B series so far.

The still backgrounds were gorgeous, but the plot was another Sisters-Faith-Battle-Miracle trope that is a bit tiresome. Nothing much was done with the characterisation. Generic baddies and gratuitous gore.

I watched this back-to-back last night with Garden of Ghosts and the contrast couldn't be greater.
