The poopsmith is coming! Or the Execrator! It is a bit of a silly name but his lore is so cool!

While i dont have the official model yet i just couldnt help myself from converting one already.

The skullmask is a bit hit and miss for me. Its a reiver helmet where i carved the forehead to look like a skull and also did some sculpting. It looks enough like a skull but maybe one day ill make a new one.

And so there was a new Grimaldus !

Again i loved my Chaplain with the cape over one shoulder i wanted to do one where both his shoulders were covered. Of course it had to be the High Chaplain himself !

Terminator Chaplain carrying a Relic Shield!

One of my favorite conversions i have ever done! The shield is made from the banner top from the Bladeguard Ancient where i cut away the bottom part of the pole and pushed the wings together. Had to fill some gaps here an there. The head is a mold from the old Terminator Chaplain model but i had to sculpt the tiny teeth! The cape is different capes blended together with milliput.

Really digging your capes.

One point of remark, the white crosses on the capes you might want to damage or add some definition to them, in the pics they read to me as painted on, while the red on the capes read as a very convincing cloth texture, with some blending it might read more as woven in. If you get what I'm trying to say.

I had the same problems when painting white details, now I try and "dirty it" and the painted on feeling is less.

But for the rest, big thumbs up on the creativity and painting!!!

Thanks man!

Yeah its something im aware of. I agree that they do look painted on up close but on a little distance they look fine and it is mainly a tabletop quality paintjob and that damage or texture on them simply take too much time to look right for me. Maaaaybe ill add some damage on them later on i it bothers me too much :p
