Howdy

Maybe a bit late, but I got my 1st game with the new codex. I'm looking for confirmations on my 'findings' and maybe some recommendations for anything I missed.

 

*Kustom mega blastas have more appeal. I can use the clan kulture to re-roll ones, and take a 5+ against MW that get through.

* I can use the Breakin Heads stratagem on failed Morale, then use the kulture ability to save against the MW.

*Weirdboyz can save against Perils with the clan ability

*same with other abilities like Explodes and Sawbones

 

I was admittedly doubtful of Deathskulls with the release, but they look kinda good.

 

Ideas and thoughts?

Yeah, your observations are correct. There isn't a restriction on which MW Deathskullz can save against, so it's good against all those things. In addition, 9th edition has featured a lot more ways for armies to do MW (usually a stratagem with a cap), so it's good against that, as well.

Deathskullz is still really good.
