Land Raider Excelsior and Terminus Ultra points?

So in a few weeks I'll be participating in a very casual food drive tournament that will be allowing Legends units.  I'm planning to run an all Landraider list, and I'd like to include my Excelsior and Terminus Ultra, since when am I gonna have this opportunity again?
 

However, I'm not sure exactly how to do the points for them.  The 9th ed. publications not having points costs for standard wargear makes it quite murky at first glance.  Battlescribe has the Excelsior at 215, whereas the Legends document lists it as 400+ with wargear (so that's probably just a Battlescribe issue, but I still don't know), and it has the Terminus Ultra listed at 250, which is the Legends document points without wargear.  This just doesn't sound like the points costs I should be using for these units.

 

Has this been addressed at all anywhere officially?  Should I just use the most recent points cost for those weapons for the Ultra, like from the last 8th ed. chapter approved?

edit: Just looked, and the Excelsior is actually 200 without wargear in the Legends pdf, so that's my mistake.

Just stick with Battlescribe tbh. Whilst it's not a rules source, it does have the up to date points values for things. So whilst the Legends entries are correct at the time of print, this changes as the edition evolves and Battlescribe takes that into account.

 

... At least that's what I do when I run my Excelsior. My Terminus Ultra hasn't been built yet
