I have significant numbers of both First Born and Primaris Marines, but recently I have been really working to build up my "all Primaris" force.

As part of this, I am looking to integrate a Bike Captain and Jump Pack Vanguard (and possible Sternguard and Company Veterans as well) models for competitive reasons, but I want them to fit in with the theme and aesthetic of the rest of the army (i.e. so using Primaris-size and style models).

While I have tried a very little bit of conversion work on my own, I am not that skilled at it, so I thought I'd ask the Frater here.... anyone know a good place to purchase pre-converted Vanguard Veterans, Bike Captains, etc. scaled to Primary size and style? I have tried searching through e-bay, Etsy, and other online resources, but very little luck so far. Alternatively, does anyone know a studio that does high quality (and at least somewhat affordable) Primaris conversions like this?

Thanks in advance for any help on this!

This is definitely in the realm of a commission service, you typically won't find things like this available to buy pre-made with any consistency.

I have both bigger-ised First Born marines and made Tru-scale marines using terminator parts, and am happy to offer pointers on conversions,

I have a few commissions under my belt too if you'd like to explore that.

For my Veteran Intercessors all I did was take the Forgeworld Adeptus Custodes Saggitarrum upgrade on Intercessors. Only thing I did aside from using the head, arms and gun was clip off the top spike. They look incredible as elite units.

One of the benefits of the Marine range is that, even with Primaris models, kitbashing is relatively straightforward and can look like a natural part of the range without the need to sculpt a lot of stuff yourself or invest in the services of somebody to do it for you. Vanguard Veterans in particular are fairly easy to do yourself; just combine the Jump Packs, fancy shoulder pads and weapon arms you want with Assault Intercessor bodies to get that signature "in-motion" look. My own below:

Heads and shields from the Bladeguard kit to add to the veteran look. There's also some strapping and purity seals done with some metal sheet; nothing that requires any sculpting!

For Sternguard, bodies from the new BT Crusader Squad kit offers Primaris bodies with tabards, so you could combine those with the Sternguard kit to get a similar look at the right scale.

Yep, just stick Firstborn parts onto Primaris bodies. No conversions needed. Even Firstborn helmets can just go right onto Primaris bodies.

For the bike Captain stick the Firstborn parts on an Outrider bike and body. Stick some fancy bits on the bike as flair and you are done.

This might sound overly simplistic if you were expecting it to be a difficult conversion, but it really is that simple. Try it for yourself and see!

That is exactly what I did for my Blood Angel biker Captain and it came out pretty well.

Awesome! And yeah I am speaking from experience on this one too. My Ravenwing have been embiggened by combining parts with the Outrider kit. As Todd Howard would say, "it just works!" Not sure how to post a picture though.

Bonus - Outrider kits are very cheap on eBay. Get 'em now before they get their buffs!

Outriders are going to be coming out in a future issue of Indomitus so there will be further opportunities for cheapness. I doubt they will get buffed as they were already a bit cheap when they first came out and got a points hike to bring them into balance.

Nice. They are cool models and fit with so many existing parts for conversions. May or may not have 12 of them on sprues in the cabinet waiting for their turn on the kitbash list...

Grey Knight weapons and helmets also work really well to make models stand out from the rest of your Marines. For Primaris you can look at the Grey Knight Terminator box too, all of the weapons come with just hands attached so a quick snip at the wrist and replace the old hand.

The standard jump packs look fine on Primaris models.

Sword Brethren look like a good basis for Veteran Intercessors, at least for more "knightly" Chapters. They look to be a simple shoulderpad swap and removing as much iconography as you'd like. I think I might get some for a squad of Thegns from the Wighthounds.

As has been said above, Assault Intercessors with firstborn Jump Packs (and you can buy the jump packs separately from GW I believe) work really well. If you get a Vanguard Veteran box too you will have all the special weapon options you could want (shields, claws etc).

As for a Bike Captain, I think using the Primaris Chaplain on Bike as a base model would look great! Change the helmet and weapon and you've got a angry-looking bike Captain.
