Throwing a Grenade rules question

Situation:

 

Five marine intercessors go to shoot. If one throws a grenade does he still get to shoot? Or would it be one grenade and four shots?

It's literally in the core rules right where it describes how grenades work.

 

When a unit shoots, one model that is equipped with a Grenade in that unit can resolve attacks with it instead of shooting any other weapons.

To be fair, the Astartes grenade launcher is an upgrade to an Intercessor squad and can be fired in addition to the model's regular weapon due to it being an Assault weapon rather than Grenade, which can lead to some confusion.

To be fair, the Astartes grenade launcher is not a grenade as you said yourself. It's an Assault weapon.

True, but I've had to talk to several players who wind up confusing the rules for the two weapons.
