Brother Kraskor
Didn't see this necessarily covered elsewhere but apologies if it has. So you take a Primaris Bike Chaplain, he's going to use Mantra of Strength as his Litany. Armed with Benediction of Fury. He's your Warlord with Imperium's Sword, and Heir of Sigismund for Master of Arms. He has frighteningly good odds of a Turn 1 charge, especially if you go second (Devout Push in their turn for an extra 3"). Pop a strat to ensure Mantra of Strength goes off and he'll have 7 attacks, at S8, Damage 4. Edit: If you're running Helbrecht you could even give him re-rolls before he goes off on his merry way! Tokugawa
New BT is not designed for fans of "solo duelist hero" and "turn1 charge". Marshal Mattias
Looks like a fun combo - I'll probably give it a shot at some point. I'm not always after a tournament list, sometimes I just want to keep my regular opponents on their toes! Brother Kraskor
Maybe drop the relic crozius for Tannhausers. Now he's a very durable cruise missile. Edit: In fact this is almost better. Ideally he won't kill his quarry in your turn, staying in combat and finishing it off in opponent's turn, then free to select a new target, rinse and repeat.
