BLACK BLŒ FLY
There are some units which can select an enemy unit to fight last at the start of the fight phase. If said unit uses heroic intervention to move in range to select an enemy unit which is performed at the start of the fight phase, this works ? I ask because previously elsewhere I was told no but have come to learn it’s common at least several GTs. Tyriks
Heroic Intervention happens in the charge phase, so they'd be in combat at the start of the fight phase. That means they can use abilities that trigger at the start of the fight phase. Unless a rule specifies it can only be used if you charged or were charged, or has some other restriction, there's no reason it wouldn't work. Xenith
Mortarion charges tactical squad and ends up within 3" of a judiciar After the charge phase is the Heroic intervention phase. Judiciar piles in 3" into combat with morty Start of fight phase, judiciar picks morty to be picked last All other chargers fight Tac squad/judiciar fight simultaneously Morty fights after all other eligible units have done so. I guess the confusion is that "The Heroic Intervention phase" is it's own thing, between the charge and fight phases.
