Warhammer battleforge issue with stratagem’s

Hey all, I’m trying to create a list on the Warhammer app battleforge - I’m fully paid up and signed in. What I cannot find to add is the specialist detachment emperors fist tank company stratagem, which should then open up the relic hammer of sunderance.

 

I have tried adding this in the pre game stratagems area but it does not show up and the relic is not in the relic area either. The stratagem and relic both show in the in the reference area as unlocked.

 

any one managed to get this working or come across the same problem?

Is that because the Vigilus detachments have been effectively retired?

That makes sense for a tournament list, thanks I did not know it had been been retired (someone new coming into the hobby it’s very confusing as to what are the rules).

Another question, how do people get the app to allow them to take take two tank aces? If I put two tank aces on my manticores it says that’s not allowed (I have the warlord trait tank aces) and add the stratagem tank aces to allow for two.

I solved all my app issues by deleting it and downloading battlescribe
