Raven Guard Recon Company 2500

So just spitballing ideas for Raven Guard as I'm looking at having an alternate to my Auxilia force. I wanted to go for more of the "Sneaky" Raven Guard instead of the usual Jump Pack malarkey you normally see.

Interesting list, but I'm curious about your general strategy.

What is the Vigilators role? Is Corax running around alone?

How will you handle enemy aircraft?

I may be missing something but I believe you can only give Cameleoline cloaks to consuls and praetors, so the scouts can take them?
