Lieutenant and Company Heroes

SM are nominally designed to be

1 Cpt Level Char

1-2 Liut Level Char

0-1 Aux Level (Techies, Chappies & Libbies)

 

Right now certain characters get memed out of lists because its often Cpt Level, Chappy or Libby, then a Liutanent or (Techie or dbling on a Chappy/Libby).

 

That leaves many weirder HQ Chars:

EChampion

Chronus

Telion

Canis

SangPriests

 

In a weird spot. So how folks feel if they got company hero rule allowing you to share a ‘slot’ with liutanent characters?

I don't really see what you're aiming at. Those auxiliary ranks are outside the standard company organisation. As it happens, most BA lists probably skip the captain and take sang priest and either chaplain or librarian of some kind. I'd guess most IH lists will probably lean into techmarines etc. If you are running out of slots for heroes, that's just a choice of which force organisation chart you are bringing...
