I guess DE would be more inclined to call them cattle or prey? The Aeldari were eventually saved by the Hero Elrondhir who eradicated them and went onto become the faction we know in 40k. As Dark Eldar split a long time after they were subjugated, it's fair to assume that Mon'Keigh would definitely still be in their language. In universe, Mon'Keigh is thought to be a byword for "Lesser beings", verminous or something that needs to be eradicated.
