Incurors are minimum from the front line, Captain in terrain intended to support redeployed Hellblasters, Invictors close to the front ready to jump out. Chapter Master redeploys with Hellblasters, then repositions to join the rest of the Jump Pack units. Chaplain and Vanguard make a pre-game move. With the second unit using Strike from the Shadows. I'd consider swapping the phobos captain for a phobos Lt, that way you can potentially get full re-rolls to hit and re-roll 1s to wound. As much as I love hellblasters, I'd suggest looking at attack bikes with multi-meltas, devastator squads as you have suggested, company veterans with combi-weapons and storm shields or plasma inceptors. XeonDragon Posted February 23, 2022 Share Posted February 23, 2022 That's a very good alpha-strike list. My only concern is how it would work if you go 2nd. That said you have lots of potential ways to redeploy units out of harms way, which is good. Those eradicators will have to do some work, and will be key. Maybe consider dropping one troops slot and take an apothecary? It would help to keep those Eradicators alive. Figured Armor Indomitus is better all around. Lieutenant can always use Lord of deceit to strike from the skies on turn 2. Debating dropping Chaplain Relic to give this guy Vox Espiritum, though that would likely only result in one turn of real use. Could also increase Chaplains survivability. With Armor of Shadows. Spend 6 CPs with Strike from the Shadows for the Chaplain, Chapter Master, 3x Vanguard squads, and Devastator Squad. Devastators drop next to the Eradicators and Apothecary, who are Master of Ambushed forward. The Incursors will likely try to drop back for Objectives after clearing some chaff.
