WD 474 - Mini Campaign, Sneak Peek of New Eldar Planes

Just a quick heads-up, that WD 474 has a 3 mission mini-campaign for Eldar vs Necrons.

 

Mission 1 sees the Necrons attacking webway portals, with the Eldar deploying from the portals.

 

Mission 2 sees the Eldar trying to destroy Necron ground emplacements.

 

Mission 3 sees the Eldar flying through a Necron tomb to destroy power generators in a "rolling road" scenario.

 

There's also pictures of as-yet unreleased (small) Eldar fighters, which look like Hemlocks to me.

If it's resin it'll be the same price as it's 40K version

Alas I suspect that they will be resin. Plastic would be a good sign - but I would put money on them being resin.

They are nice. It’s good to see more of the 40k studio origin aircraft coming into AI, hopefully we will see some of the SM ones at some point.

So that's resin then, oh well I am waiting for the eldar ground assets to come back into stock, so more things to add to that FW order.

The fact that they are showing two fighters in a picture leaves me with the feeling it will be Forgeworld and in a pack of two....

So just like the Vampire it's a hard pass from me, I don't buy forgeworld and I most definitely don't spend more than somethings worth...  

 

They do look nice though, gotta give em that

It seems Warhammer TV confirmed on FB that these will be ForgeWorld, hence resin.

 

They are nice ... but likely pricey (oh God, I need a job ...)
