So its been a while since I've been here in the Fang, having spent the last couple of years building/painting my admech army.

Over the winter I've returned to re-building my old 5th/6th edition space wolves. Although I love the scale on the new primaris kits im really not interested in using them as units, so ive been upscaling my old list. I've got around 1250 points built and mid painting, but finally 'finished' the first grey hunter unit, wolf lord, and the 'murderfang' counts as contemptor build Id been working on.

My blood for the blood god paint also arrived today, and enjoying the initial results :smile.: :

The Grey Hunters use parts from the primaris assault intercessor, grey hunter and prospero burns kits.

TDA Wolf Lord is half Aggressor half terminator, whilst my 'murderfang' counts as just has his real big claws and work done to the fists to fit these.

Heres a size shot in comparion to one of my old wolves (and the closest 'human' scale i have to hand!).

2nd squad of grey hunters/slayers finsihed, along with a rune priest.

Also got the majoirty of the tank repainting underway. These are going to get some final battle damage/highlighting done and could all probably do with another final layer of the eshin grey mix im using as were repatined over an older blue colour scheme. Theyre actually a bit darker in real life than the photos below, but theres still a touch of the blue showing through under the lamp.

Rad. The way you photographed it initially made me think they were for epic scale

Hahah cheers, I actually also built a titianicus army during lockdown so it wouldnt be too untowards for these to be epic scale....but the detailing would have been a fair bit trickier
