Chapter Command upgrade in FAQ and Errata on WarCom?

I'm trying to find proof that the Chapter Command upgrades are the cheaper of the two options listed in Codex Space Marines, because I'm sure they are, but the latest FAQ (Indomitus Version 1.3) doesn't have them?

 

Have they been changed in a MFM that I've missed or something?

Surpised this hasn't been replied to yet - those changes were definitely in the previous update (V 1.2). Not sure if they were somehow accounted for offiically somewhere else or if whoever was putting 1.3 together somehow managed to miss the second page of the 1.2 doc (although they did still include the FAQ question that was at the bottom of that page).

They were taken out the FAQ because the costs are updated in the Munitorum Field Manual
