I see what you are going for, if your opponent is battlesuit heavy you might consider death hex on one sorcerer. It's hard to cast but if it goes off the rest of that shooting phase is going to be painful for the tau.

Well that sucked! Lost the first turn roll and got slaughtered. I had one model left on the table before my 2x10 man termies and the other two characters came down. These new T'au are pretty dangerous.

Ask for a rematch now the new balance rules are out :P. Your opponent wont scratch marines out of los with air bursters now.
