Movement phase and reinforcement step stratagems

If it doesn't say specifically in the stratagem that a unit that is removed from play during the movement phase is set up NEXT turn, then it can be set up again THIS turn, correct?

 

A couple of examples;

SM - Guerilla Tactics - use this strat in your movement phase when a phobos unit from your army that is more than 6" from enemy models is selected to move.....place that unit into Strategic Reserves -  I MAY bring this unit back on this turn. 

 

Necrons - burrowing nightmares - ....remove that unit from the battlefield. In the reinforcement step of your next movement phase.... -  I must bring this unit back in the reinforcement step of the NEXT turn.

 

Necrons - Dimensional Corridor - ...remove that unit from the battlefield. In the reinforcement step of this phase.... -  I MUST bring this unit back on this phase.

 

Am I right?
