Recently I was re-reading some rules to do different interractions with chaplain

And I don't know why but I was under the impression that command oratory could ve used to auto pass at start of any phase a litanie especially with a master of sanctity.

But a wording make me think that I and other player I know may have been using it the wrong way all this time.

"Use this strat at start of any phase other than command phase. Select one chaplain unit that has not recited a litany this turn"

This implies that if you cast one litany in your command phase with master of sanctity you cannot use this stratagem to cast a second litanie, right?

So in essence it is only usable by a chaplain that completely give up on attempting in command phase and then can only autocast 1 litanie for entire turn ?

This implies that if you cast one litany in your command phase with master of sanctity you cannot use this stratagem to cast a second litanie, right?

Correct. It is designed mostly so that you can use a litany after disembarking from a vehicle or arriving from reserves.

It's a Strategum you'll want to take advantage of as part of a game affecting preplanned strategy. Dropping in with Terminators, jumping out of a transport... generally to get your guys into melee easier and earlier than expected by the opponent.

Bike Chaplain doesn't much need it, but thanks to this Strategum other Chaplains can be viable.
