WarriorFish
Plus any head is a bald head with enough determination I've trimmed some hair down to add some variety to heads, though ones without much hair to begin with - there is a cut off point where determination might not make for time well spent Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/374181-good-bald-heads-for-guard-troops/#findComment-5827438 Share on other sites

WarriorFish
Depends on your perspective? Mad robot is another one with plenty of options for heads if you don't mind some adjustment for the bare look Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/374181-good-bald-heads-for-guard-troops/#findComment-5827468 Share on other sites
MrKoolPants
Second on mad robot. I have used their DEVGRU heads before, and loved them. Good detail, good quality, and I love their sculpts. jarms48
If you want to stick with GW get a Brood Brothers head and scrape off the GSC bits on the top of the head. Just file it down or scratch off the rough parts with a hobby knife or sandpaper. Done, got some nice bald heads.
