RoW Logos Lectora: Requires a 2nd compulsory HQ (which is a MoS or Command Rhino) as well as a 3rd compulsory Troops choice. Gains rotating bonuses to hit/LD/movement/assault based on my choice.

Guilliman and the Herald hang out in the center of the battlefield with the Fulmentarus, daring anyone to come near them. If they want to be BS5 with +1 to hit and re-roll misses with Guided Fire on their missiles I don't think there's all that many units that are going to want to tangle with them.

The Invictarii are the main assault force, I can either run them with the MoS or hide him in one of the tactical Squads. He exists because the RoW demands it, and besides giving re-rolls to the Rad missile Scatters and screwing up Deep Strikers I don't see much of a purpose for him. I could stack him in the Fulmentarus Squad I guess?

I could also swap Guilliman into the Invictarii if I wanted to be more aggressive.

Primarch: Guilliman 465pts

Nemesis Destroyers are really excellent bully units for other power armor, and if I time the Logos/Guilliman combos properly I can have them hitting at WS5 S5 with Rad Grenades.

Troops: Tactical Squad (10) 144pts

Vexillia +10

Bayonet x9

Artificer +10

Power Fist +15

Combi-Grenade Launcher +5

I have no idea what to do with these guys besides park them on objectives and try not to die.

Fast Attack: Locutarus Storm Squad (8) 235pts

Legatine Axe +5

Melta Bombs +5

The Locutarus are another melee threat, this time very fast moving. They are all capable of fighting in duels, and bring a rending 5+ duelist's edge (1) power sword.

Heavy Support: Sicaran Arcus 245pts

Lascannon Sponsons +10

Helical Targeting Array +15

Searchlight +5

The Arcus is there to provide me some sweet sweet S8 AP2 interceptor fire. Though as the only tank in the list I suspect it wont last very long.

I like it.

I'm used to running Suzerains in a Land Raider Phobos/Proteus Carrier as a matter of course, but between the Logos Lectura and Guilliman's Preternatural Strategy, infantry on foot can be very fast.  They do lack the metal box though to protect them from incoming fire, so there is a trade off.

Im leery of running multi-wound veterans in a transport given the S8 hit they take when the transport is destroyed.  If I'm planning on trying to assault with them on turn 2 or 3 anyways, I may as well run them on foot.  Plus I love the idea of a wall of bodies marching across the table!
