So I'm very new to actually building models, I've only made a 20 man MkIV box, a Contemptor, and 10 Cataphractii, now I'm trying to build my first Rhino before moving on to the Spartan that comes in Age of Darkness. The problem is that I can't get the floor to slot in, I line it up and push but it just doesn't want to go in, am I doing something wrong? Any help here would be appreciated.

Sorry if this isn't the appropriate place to post this. Thanks for the help

The guys at Goonhammer did an article on it, mainly because they ran into the same problem you have. WoL is right, this just adds some pics for you. Hope it helps :)

This applies to all kits, but doubly so for vehicles. Make sure you shave off or sand down the areas where you clip the pieces off from the sprue.

If you do this consistently, you'll find that the models fit together very nicely without trouble.

Good advice Orange Knight but that's not the issue here with the floor on the Deimos, I've built 2 and it's an issue in the design of the parts fit in the area WolfLogic is asking about. The front slots in fine but the rears do not line up correctly and require material removed or pure brute force which risks breaking something.
