ThePenitentOne
So I don't really play Matched, and I haven't bought a Matched Mission Pack yet, but I try to keep up just in case I ever do decide to try and participate in pick-up games. When the Nachmund Mission Pack came out, it included a rule that you couldn't mix sub-factions in the same army, but it very clearly labeled this as not only a Matched play rule, but specifically a Nachmund Matched Play game. So my first question is: Has this Nachmund rule been carried over now that the season has ended? If so, what is the current source for the rule? My second question: Are the recent Matched Play changes to CP rules similarly restricted to Nephilim games? phandaal
The new CP rules apply only to Nephilim. You could use them in any other kind of Matched Play game if your opponent agrees of course. ThePenitentOne
This is good to know. Did the limit on sub-faction soup carry over, or is it gone now? That will help determine how likely it is that the Nephilim CP issue gets carried over. RWJP
Yes, the Sub-faction Souping rule did carry over into the Nephilim Mission Pack. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/374995-matched-play-mission-pack-question/#findComment-5846405 Share on other sites
