Cultist mob and let the galaxy burn question...help me out

Hello fellow Chaos players!

For the life of me I can't find it in the rules! So please help me out. 

Q: Do cultists mobs and accursed cultists get the 'let the galaxy burn' rule?! And why not? Because I can not find a reason they wouldn't.

Yes, we got a new codex but the layout....omg....I am not jumping up with joy. Below the 'Mere mortal' rule discription in 'legion traits' it is stated that cultists do not get a legion trait. However they do  get the key word (right?), other than that I can not find any reference that let the galaxy burn would not be subject to them?  As long as they fullfill the detachment rules and all come from one legion. I only started doubting when going over warlord traits of the wordbearers that specifically says they do get it. And sources online say they don't.

Look at page 158 and 159. Legionaries (as most units) have "Let the Galaxy burn" under "Abilities". Cultists do not. In addition this Ability is only in effect if the all models in your army are Traitoris Astartes. Here Cultists are not mentioned specifically, as they just do not have the ability.

I feel kinda stupid now that I just glanced over their datasheet and was only looking at the general rules. Thx Frater!
