Sanguinary Guard single turbine style was around for Mk IV:

RG also had a version that they used with their Dark Furies and those are depicted in Mk VI with a single-turbine back.

The exposed jet turbines were used with Mk II and Mk V but are sliiiightly different

The twin, encased, turbine design we see in 40k and with Mk VII most prominently would have probably been around with Mk VI but definitely by the SoT with Mk VII at the very least, imo.

Also, side note, Ashen Circle can be thought as wearing Mk III and having Jump Packs (this is mainly seen in how their suits, at their base, are Mk II but up-armored).

Yeah, as Slips said, the Sanguinary Guard jump pack was around in 30k, In fact it IS the Mark IV Armour jump pack.

Iirc, there's artwork of the 40k Jump Pack being used by Ultramarines in the Heresy (might also be a representation of a point in the Great Crusade), so even that one is good

We've also got the night lords raptors in mkiv armour and their jump packs which are pretty much the same as their 40k equivalents, so you could use them:

There are also the new packs from the zephon model that look very similar to the regular 40k jump packs:

Theyve said in the past that all the jump pack designs are contemporaries , they just bundled ones together that looked nice or needed releasing with the various kits, though usually they do look best you can use any jump pack with any armour in universe. Including Mk 3 :D
