Not sure about Rites of War at 2K, and have no idea on the Warlord Trait.
Since the Champion has two "Specialised Weapons" does that mean he gains an extra Attack, even though they aren't the same weapon? (Paragon Blade and Lightning Claw)
Is it worthwhile upgrading The Assault sergeant?

Why a Rhino for the Culverins? You can no longer shoot from Vehicles (Rhinos previously had two firing ports), and those weapons have tons of range.

You would need a Praetor or different Centurion type (Herald seems this was deleted, so just a Delegatus, or a Predator/Sicaran in Armoured Breakthrough, or a Contemptor in Fury of the Ancients) to run a Rite of War.

Yes, that's right about Specialist Weapons.

I just like the idea of the Rhino being a mobile bit of cover.

I know about accessing Rite of War, it's more that I didn't think it was worth taking a Praetor for it. I didn't realise Heralds allowed access to it so might consider that over the Delegatus.

if you wanna use the armistos for its buff of +1 to hit, i think you can save the points on its culverin as he cant fire if he buffs his unit.

Missed that bit, thanks. Means I can actually make the model now rather than waiting for the Volkite weapons to get released!

Curious to know what people think of Outriders. I'm totally new to HH but they seem like a decent little anti-elite gun platform? Not sure if Melta is overkill for the points, since you'll get in rapid fire range easily enough with plasma, and so put out twice the shots that will work against a wider range of targets.

More than cover, it will almost certainly block LoS to/from them for a round. I suppose that could be good the round they Disembark?

I think the Herald has gotten even better than it was in the Red Books edition, given the rarity in most Legions (and all generic Units) of the Line sub-type.

Melta is objectively better given the end of the Armoured Ceramite tax era. Ubiquitous Augury Scanners, though, perhaps put a hurt onto Outflankers like Outriders with Interceptor as they move onto the board.
