Death Guard's legion rule states that units count as remaining stationary when shooting as long as they haven't run or "used another alternative form of movement" such as activating a jump pack, disembarking or deploying via deep strike. Is the phrasing "such as... deploying via Deep Strike" meant to mean refer to deep strike specifically or arriving from reserves in general?

Could I (for example) outflank a heavy support squad with a Vigilator and shoot at full BS the same turn?

No, those units arriving from reserves move in the usal manner. DS not.

Thanks for the second opinion; that makes sense. It just seemed (to my mind at least) that it could have gone either way.
