Got this in an email from geedub this morning:

Many thanks for your email and the additional detail on this.

I have now spoken to our development teams and they have confirmed that they are both aware of the issue and working on a fix for it which will be deployed as soon as possible.

While peripheral to the OP there are other problems wrt GW online product that also needs attention.  For instance, you can access product within the Vault via a PC but not via an iPad.  Takes away a lot of its usefulness as a lore source on the run.

The company needs to get serious about its digital output and set up a proper digital dept instead of using outsourced resources.
