Favourite legion-specific Contemptor?

I was looking at all the resin contemptors earlier for reasons I can’t even remember now, and I was curious as to which were peoples favourite? I think they’re mostly pretty good and fit the legions well. My favourite I think is the Word Bearers one. Some of the early ones are only a little different from a plain one and some of the later ones are almost too overdone, but I think the WB one is a very good middle ground. I also like the subtle asymmetry of the trim on the legs, knees and shoulders which I didn’t even notice until I realised the contemptor plate in Tempest was a direct copy of the model. (I’ll probably do a similar thread for the Praetors when we finally get them all).

My favourite is the Blood Angels one, it’s just fits Blood Angels so perfectly. Exactly the right blend of ornamentation and iconography. 

To be honest though, there isn’t one that I don’t think works well for their particular legion, even if some of them are a bit plain.

Alpha Legion one is hands down the best Contemptor, but my favourite is still the Thousand Sons one.

Death Guard, so universal, almost should have been the default model to be fair, or at least options in the plastic kit for the studs, shoulder trim and front torso vent/tubes.

The Death Guard one is very cool in it's simplistic brutality, and yeah if you take the emblem off works in a lot of legions.

Alpha Legion by far is my favorite. Dark Angels would be my second choice.

I'm surprised the EC one took this long to come up, it's up there for me too.

 

Should've asked in the OP, what about least favourites? Mine are probably the Space Wolf or White Scars ones, not that they're particularly bad, I just don't think they're as good as I was hoping. The World Eater's one is maybe a little too plain compared to the others, and I don't like the head of the IW one much.

Least favorite?

The Sons of Horus one, hands down. By the Warmaster that thing is fugly. I didn't think it could even look good until I saw it in "War Machines of the Lost and the Damned"... wearing Black Legion colors.

This makes me think that I would only purchase that contemptor if I were to paint it on Justaerin colors.

 

The old SoH aesthetic in general looks terrible. That bent armor without clearly defined spikes is not my cup of tea. I'm glad we're seeing something a bit more different since Maloghurst came out.

The alpha legion one is class, but I'm afraid the candles ruin the Dark Angels one for me. They make it look static, I struggle to picture it motion.
