I don't think we'll see him back alive, however stranger things have happened. I mean, Guilliman was seconds from death also, right? Maybe his body was put into stasis for the long road back to Baal (same as Sanguinary guard are brought back to be interred?), and when they opened the stasis coffin, they found a pulse. The Calgarian Rites are likely to kill as cure, so why not give them a go. 

It also fits into the 'undead/risen' theme of the BA. 

Actually a TychoDread would be tight. It would be like Moriar the Chosen before from 3rd edition. You wouldn't really have to retcon his death, because he still essentially died and then they entombed him.

 

Then again he fell to the black rage so they probably wouldn't...
