Would it be fair if aggressors could advance and charge same turn?

their name is aggressor, I feel like they should have a much more aggressive and pressure heavy play style.

if not a general unit ability would it balance as a chapter specific ability like a *shudders* strat for fast moving/aggressive chapters?

Advance and Charge would be ok if they weren't able to shoot as well. Maybe they get the options-

1. Advance and Charge, no shooting

2. Move, Advance, and Shoot, no Charge (with the natural -1 to Hit)

3. Move and Shoot as normal

4. No Move, double Shooting at the same target

As Raven Guard and White Scars you can advance and charge - and its not OP.

In the start of 9th even BT could Advance + charge.

I think WS have a strat which allows them to shoot even they had advanced as they were assault weapons but i am currently not sure.

I would rather say they are not worth it right now but they could be if they had this ability

Aggressors should be able to mix flamers with their bolt weapon and teleport to be worthy of the name instead of just second rate centurions.

You already can put them into reserve. I think Gravis in general need something. A strat for -1 damage for example.
