HH 2.0 melee weapons balanced properly?

But it's definitely not worth on basic sergeants since they'd just get 3 attacks on the charge, and 2 afterwards.

The Perdition weapons are +1 S over their normal counterparts. I think they seem worth it,  but maybe not in every single case.

Thats not that often, because you can pick what the power weapon type is majority of the time so you are not really saving points that way for so many units. legion vets, terminators etc, unless they were locked into the stock weapon choice as "power sword" and upgrading that to another "power weapon" was extra pts like +5 then you would be saving pts that way on such units. Another example, those UM breachers with stock power sword, units like that yes you save pts not taking an upgrade for the power sword.
