I think this list feels scary, but fun and thematic. I recently read up on the World Eaters (12th company?) Were very strong with armored support. The notion that the army would want to get into combat as quick as possible makes me believe they would utilize outriders to get into the thick of things quick. My points may be a little off, bear with that-most is easily switched and changed. Anyway, it's mostly tank and bike spam. But my locals needs some traitor legions, and I think it would be a fun list. I just need to talk myself into pulling the trigger or not. jaxom Posted September 11, 2022 Share Posted September 11, 2022 Falx blades are awesome on squad Sergeants, but I understand the chain-axes save points. You may want to consider using the Beserker Assault rite of war. Your units have the speed (or transports) to avoid having to make a charge you don't want to, and those charges would be more likely to get in. I really like Falx Blades, but do I want to give up the heavy bolters to make room? Possibly. Do you like the list? It's not too spam is it? I love the concept of this list! I think the question is how often you think the falx blades would get into challenges. If a lot, then I think they are worth it. After some thought I've added in the Fallax Blades and tweaked the list for 3k. I have 2 variations of the list. The thought is depending on map I can theoretically get into combat turn 1. 14" move 12" charge that only needs a 7 with the RoW and movement 14 giving an amazing +5 to charge distance. If I don't have turn 1 targets the play is to run all the bikes forward to gain a 5+++ shrug. Both variants offer a different feeling one is more aggressive & spammy than the other but I wouldn't have a problem fielding either list. I think grey knight Paladins sabers would make fine Falax Blades!
