Last time I played a game of 40K was 2002. I've been in military service since then and now that I'm getting close to retirement I'm ready to get back into the hobby. I dusted off my old Space Wolves and went down to the local store to see what was new and it turns out, EVERYTHING is new.

 

So Brothers (And Sisters?) I've put together an army list that I'm going to buy new models for. I'm interested to find it's weaknesses or strengths based on how the current 40K player base would see it.

Congratulations on your nearing retirement. 
 

I like your list at 1k.  It has some speed which is important for winning games this edition. I think maxing out special weapons in units like melta guns and combi weapons is a good way to go. If you start playing larger games that would be my recommendation.
