Playing against a brand new player using Salamanders on Monday (will only be my 3rd game).  Though I'd try my black cats as Iron Hands this time instead of Raven Guard.  No ROWs to keep things simple, and a limit of 1 Dreadnought per army.  I went with a 'highlander' style, there can be only 1 of any type of unit, easy at 1000 points :D

Guess it depends on what the other player has, but I'm wondering if it's generally better to start a combat Leviathan on the table or chance a delayed arrival but get him farther in using the Dreadclaw?  He then wouldn't be able to charge anything at earliest turn 3.  But it is a slow unit.  Guess I need to get a longer range gun on him (I like the cyclonic melta lance, 2nd choice is the storm cannon).  Oh well, that's for later...
